Who are we anyhow?:
We are a bunch of people that love independent music! We thought of a way to get independent musicians noticed so we created this indie music website. Some of the independent best music we have listened to have been from local and independent musicians that did not have a major record label. So in early January 2003, three young musicians put their heads together and created this website to promote independent bands and musicians - to provide a cool, informative, and affordable site to independent artists and bands to warehouse, market, and sell their CD's!
Musicfist.com was created and is still maintained by independent musicians!
As you have noticed, we have NO pop up banners, advertisements and no "corporate" backing. We are SOLEY independent from corporations and advertisements.
We offer a personal touch that other sites cannot offer due to their size. We want to host the fine independent musicians out there and give people a chance to get their name out so they can fulfill their dreams both musically and financially. As musicians Bryce and Katy know how hard it is to get your CD promoted! Music-buffet can help get your name out to the public and sell some of your CDs in the meantime. Being independent does not mean you do not have to be successful. We thank all the wonderful musicians already on our site and wish you all the best of luck! Now meet some of the crew.
